To check the status of your incentive, you can do so by visiting the Xfinity Incentive Tracker. We can also check your account to confirm if an email was sent out about a gift card.

I have been sold apple watch with false promises. After first bill I realized that and was able to cancel my watch line. I have been confirmed repetitively with agent that I will not be charged anything after that and also received order # on chat that allow me to drop the watch to the nearby store. 1) Store denied to take it back as they do not see that order number, 2) Chatted with 2 agent and they said its done and I will get Fedex shipping label in 2 hours in email, never happened 3) Finally called the customer care and now agent is telling me there is no way I can return the watch and I have to pay for it no matter what even I have disconnected the service. This is scam and series of lies I have never seen with any service provider. Extremely frustrated. The biggest thing is everything I am writing here is on their official chat forum and no one ready to do anything about it.
