Report downed line
I have a downed wire in my yard that AT&T serviceman told me was Xfinity wire. It runs from the pole to my house. I don't have Xfinity service so no outage. If it could just be removed, it would be fine.

That's definitely something we'd like to address as quickly as possible, and you've come to the right place for support :) Have you already attempted to report this through the Xfinity Assistant, by chance? That's often the fastest way for customers and non-customers alike to report outside line concerns, and I just want to see if there's already a ticket in place.
