report damaged equipment in street - How to?

There is a comcast equipment box with no lid right next to a sidewalk and I have tried to report it but not getting any luck since it it not associated with my account.   How can I get someone to come repair this?

I can help out with reporting this to our local team, I know they will get out there asap to replace the lid and secure it. Would you please send us a direct message with your name and the address / location of this box? When I create the request for my local team I will also need your phone number and email address.
