report CSR bribing me with credits to give good review

I had to call to disconnect my services today ( I am moving in with my partner who already has basically the same plan if I am not mistaken.)

It was an easy and fine call, however once we disconencted. about 20 minutes later a different lady called saying she was the supervisor.

her only care was that I filled out the survey texted to me - putting at least a 9 and saying she would credit my account an additional 30 dollars.

While I dont mind free money, this is highly unethical and I am unsure how to report it.
