Report cable outage
We lost cable over 12 hours ago. I hope this is how we report the outage and get notified of when service will return.
Yes, we know we can stream on our phone and tablet, which makes us even question why we pay for cable. Habit, I guess.

If there has been a reported service interruption, and it is something that our tech friends are aware of and working on, you can visit the following link to check the status details, and even sign up for text notifications!

As for streaming, that is a neat perk that we make available for our Comcast family, so even when you're out and about, you can enjoy your Comcast services and TV on the go!
