Report cable line down

How do I report this? I thought I did but even after I get a text update saying my internet had been restored, the wire is still down in my back yard. This is a serious safety risk currently & I can’t seem to get anyone out here.

I reported on the 4th and still no word. Also, do I get discounted from my bill for the lack of internet these last few days since it’s due to a lack of response on yalls side?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I'm having the same problem. There's no way to report a down cable line. They just say that service has been restored and reset your modem.
