Report an employee [Edited]

How do I report a technician who said they would order me a new box and lied via text that he did. On June 3rd we had a technician come to our home. Of course when he comes, the issue isnt happening so he gave us his number and said to call or text if it happened. Sure enough after he left, it happened. I took a screenshot and sent it via text message. His response on June 3rd, he would order a new box. On June 8th I texted him and asked if he had ordered the box, he replied yes. On June 10th, I chatted in with a rep and they said no box had been ordered. So I had to do it myself. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

@Carol222 Hello! I am sorry to hear that your interaction with our technician didn't meet your expectations. As a company, we always want to live up to our promises. We take these matters very seriously and will send up your complaint so that it gets investigated. Can you send us a DM so we can get that done?
