Report a sagging wire

Service seems ok, but wire is sagging down in driveway and catching on vehicles.

@user_574f2a Hello and good morning, and thank you for reaching out over our Xfinity Community Forums. I hope your Sunday and weekend are going great so far, aside from that awful low-hanging line of course! As a customer and a parent myself who actually also had a line hanging down in my driveway a few months ago, I too know how inconvenient and even downright scary low-hanging lines can be. You have reached the right place, and I would be more than happy to assist you in getting a request submitted to have our next available expert Xfinity line team come out and take a closer look, and get that line repaired or replaced so it can be raised back up to a safe height, and no longer is a danger to cars or people nearby. To get started, could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
