report a problem

I have a Comcast box in my front yard that has cables coming out of it, this has been going on for over three months.  They go from that box to a neighbor's box two houses down. It looks awful and someone can trip and fall on the cables.  Someone needs to be responsible for this.

Big vine on cable in the alley at the address above.  The cable is hanging and about to break
