Report a damaged xfinity equipment box

I do have internet services currently. Thanks for responding to me so quickly. I look forward to getting it repaired! It’s also a bit of an eyesore but most importantly, i don’t want it to cause any interruptions since I have a toddler who would lose his mind if he couldn’t watch his shows! And I also work from home. Need that internet all day everyday!

To submit the repair order it'll help us if you send us a picture of it to add on the ticket. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
