Report a damaged xfinity equipment box

There’s a damaged “Comcast” xfinity equipment box in front of the house we just purchased. Can this be replaced/fixed so we don’t eventually have an outage due to the equipment being damaged by weather/etc, please?

Thank you so much for getting our team in the loop on this pedestal issue. Do you currently have Comcast services to the home? Rest assured, we will help coordinate getting this sorted out.

I do have internet services currently. Thanks for responding to me so quickly. I look forward to getting it repaired! It’s also a bit of an eyesore but most importantly, i don’t want it to cause any interruptions since I have a toddler who would lose his mind if he couldn’t watch his shows! And I also work from home. Need that internet all day everyday!

There is a damaged Xfinity box in front of my home. The cover is lifted off and wont go back down. It is a tower type box near my driveway. It is exposing all the wires and equipment for Xfinity. [Edited: "Personal Information"]
