Report a cut internet/cable line

We are having a new fence installed, and they cut the internet line outside. Our internet has stopped working. Can you please send someone to fix the cut line?

Hello, @user_65s1qe - Thank you for bringing this outside line concern to our attention. That is definitely something we'd like to address as quickly as possible, especially since it has affected your service. The best thing would be to get a Trouble Call scheduled ASAP. Have you tried scheduling that tech visit through the Xfinity Assistant by chance?

Hi @XfinitySara yes, I have scheduled a tech visit through Xfinity Assistant online. My concern is that I was not able to let the assistant know it was for a cut line. My other concern is they can't come until late tomorrow. Is there a way to let them know the line has been cut and to have them come earlier please?

The good news about your appointment is our technician will be able to run a temporary line to get you connected, as well as schedule another team to come bury a new permanent line once one is connected.
