Report a cut internet/cable line. 

I cannot get Xfinity to respond regarding a cut line and a uprooted line. I have reported it several times. No response. Now a utility company cut my internet line.

That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially with the added complication of the utility company cutting your line. Has this affected your services? Either way, you are in the right place to report this issue and get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. So that I can create a ticket in the system for our local team, please send a direct message with your full name and address. 
 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
