Report a contrator technician

An xfinity technician contractor parked in front of our driveway this morning, he was doing some sort of maintenance I guess, his tail end was covering half of our driveway, my husband told him he needed to move as he needed to go to work cause the tail end of his truck was blocking my husband, the technician said 5 minutes. So my husband comes in the house and when he goes out to go to work the truck is still there and the guy is no where to be found. My husband had to maneuver his way to even be able to get out of the our driveway. We have guest parking in our neighborhood or he could have parked across the street where there is no driveways at all. My husband is lucky he could maneuver his way out or it could have caused him to be late to work. As the technician didn't move his truck until about 10 minutes after my husband left for work, so he was no where to be found for at least 20 minutes after my husband first initially spoke with him.
