Replacing current DVR boxes with XG1v4 models with 4K capabilities
Hi there!
I am writing to request a replacement of our 2 current DVR cable boxes and remote controls. We currently have the older XG1v1 DVR models, which frequently experience interference and display issues when watching both live TV and recorded shows. To improve our viewing experience, I would like to upgrade to the Arris XG1v4 models, which support 4K and should be better suited for our newer 4K TV setups in our household.
Additionally, our current remote controls are the XR11 versions, which have become very slow in response. I would appreciate it if you could provide us with 2 of the newer XR2v3 remote models, as I understand they offer enhanced capabilities. If the XR2v3 remotes are not available, the previous XR2 version would also be acceptable.
