The coax cable coming to my house has wear and the shielding it torn. How can I get a tech to re-terminate the coax cable.?

@Aldechole, thank you for using the Community Forums page. I would be more than happy to assist you with the cable concerns you referenced. Is the cable exposed to the point that you believe it to be a potential hazard? Also, are your services currently being impacted as a result of this?

There is no electrical hazard but I believe that the lack of proper shielding is causing consistent video distortion when watching TV.
