Replacement/Relocation of Comcast Green Box

I had a team come out today and replace my underground box with a bulky, green box that is now in the way. I want to request that it be replaced with the underground box that was already there, or relocated.

Sure-- it is right next to my driveway and I am needing the flat surface that we used to have there. It encroaches on me opening my car door successfully and I cannot open it all the way. It also blocks landscaping which will be an issue. If it needs to be replaced that is fine, but it has to be the flat concrete. I don't consent to this large object that was not previously here on my property.
