Replacement remote control?

How do we get a replacement remote control? A button fell out on ours and won’t go back in.

We now have more easy, convenient ways to replace your damaged Xfinity remote, including by picking one up at any nearby Xfinity store, ordering one online via our Xfinity Assistant automatically, or through customer service, and we can help in placing an order to send you a replacement here if that is preferred, no problem at all. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
