The issue is that it keeps rebooting and changing the channels on me I've spoken with technical support I've spoken with Representatives at the 1-800 Xfinity number I cannot seem to get any service out of them so I'm coming here. They're trying to scam me into agreeing to a new contract saying it's going to cost me blah blah blah and fees and taxes that will be removed once you get the old box back which I know is [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] so I'm coming here looking for some help

I can certainly understand your frustration, @user_oeiy9j . If your equipment is rebooting on its own and changing channels, and you've already spent time with both technical support and the 1-800 team without getting a resolution, I'd be upset too. As for the concerns about changing your equipment or service, I apologize if the information you've been receiving has been confusing or inconsistent. Our goal is to find the cause of the issue and get your service working reliably, not add to your frustration. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention here. We'd be happy to take a closer look at the account and review the troubleshooting that's already been done so you don't have to keep starting over. Please send us a DM with your full name and service address, and we'll do our best to help get this resolved. ❤️
