Replace XB6 modem from 2018 due to loud fan

I would like to arrange for a replacement for my Xfinity XB6 modem because the fan is louder than normal.  I have had the XB6 modem since 2018.

My service plan is Blast!  The modem speed is fine, but the fan is loud, possibly because it is misaligned.  I would like replace via mail or the UPS store.  Am I eligible for a free replacement, especially because the XB6 modem is 7 years old?

Good morning @user_rxssv1. Do you have an XFINITY store near you? If so, you can drop off your old modem and pick up a new one all-in-one location.
