Replace Remote

Hello, I have been online for as t least thirty minutes trying to order a replacement remote for my broken remote. Please replace my broken remote with model # XR11-V3-UTU (2 remotes will be great!) I need this specific model because it is being used by a household member with special needs.  Thank you for your help with this matter.
