Replace Modem
Hello,
We have been having issues with our modem the last few months. Every few days the internet just drops for a few minutes and then come back. Since we both work from home, this is a severe impact as it drops us from very important meetings/calls. Can you please let me know how we can get a replacement modem? We've had this one for many years, so we're hoping to get a new model.

If we own our own equipment Which modem is best for internet only (no voice)? Just trying to figure out which modem has the least number of support calls.
