Replace Green telecommunications box in my front yard.
Original request was made a year ago and the issue is still not resolved. Now it's been a year and a half.
HELP! Five months ago Comcast did work in my front yard and dismantled the green telecommunications cable box. The box now is broken and needs to be replaced and will not fit over the exposed equipment. I have submitted multiple tickets on this and the issue has not been resolved. Equipment and wires are exposed to the elements, without cover for the past 5 months. How can we have the green telecommunications cable box replaced?

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
