Replace Green telecommunications box in my front yard.

Original request was made a year ago and the issue is still not resolved.    Now it's been a year and a half.

HELP!   Five months ago Comcast did work in my front yard and dismantled the green telecommunications cable box.   The box now is broken and needs to be replaced and will not fit over the exposed equipment.   I have submitted multiple tickets on this and the issue has not been resolved.  Equipment and wires are exposed to the elements, without cover for the past 5 months.   How can we have the green telecommunications cable box replaced?

The DM promised a follow up on last Tuesday.   Today is Sunday, I did not receive the follow up and the issue is still not resolved.   So, I will keep this issue public until it is resolved.   Thank you.
