Replace coaxial cable to house and replace the missing service box cover

I need a technician to come out to my home to address the following issues:

  1. Replace the coaxial cable to my house – The existing cable was previously repaired using tape, and we are now experiencing intermittent internet service drops. This issue is causing frequent disruptions, and we suspect the cable needs a full replacement.

  2. Install a missing service box cover – The service box cover on my house is missing, leaving the connection exposed. We would like a proper cover installed to prevent further damage.

Please let me know the earliest available appointment for a technician to resolve these issues. Thank you.
