Repeated Service Outages

Where are my account credits for the weekly service outages they are occurring???? Not a couple of minutes or even an hour but hours and hours.  Always perfectly blue sky, no rain, no wind, so can’t blame it on the weather. You are NOT honest about providing credits for extended outages. 

I am assuming I will not be charged any fees when I call to cancel my service. This is quite ridiculous

user_g8aclm Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I would not want to pay for a service I could not use either and this issue sounds like it was on going for a while. I would be happy to see where things are at with the fix and make sure that you receive a credit for the time you were without service. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
