Repeated outages and being forced to a computer instead of a human

I am experiencing multiple repeated outages and need to speak to a representative to understand why and to make sure that it is going to be cleared up. I keep getting stuck in the same loop of report an outage. It’s impossible to reach a person. This will force me to another carrier.

user_prsv6v Thank you so much for your post for help with the interruptions in your area. Any time there is a reported issue you will get the interruption information when trying to reach out for support. This is due to the information being updated online to your Xfinity app via the Xfinity assistant and chat options at the same time as we are updated so the information would be the same. Most of the time interruptions are not planned however and we do work to restore services as soon as possible even if it is a temporary connection while we work to restore services fully. With that, if you reach out when there is not currently any reported issues in the area when services are working as normal the phone and chat system will be able to provide additional help.

Wrong answer.  Cannot report an outage because the Assistant says there is no outage. Catch22.  Can't dm Xfinity Support on X because they don't respond.
