Repeated outage over a month

Hello. I have been experiencing repeated Internet outages over a month. Every time, the outage map says it is affecting hundreds. So I am thinking this is not just my household’s problem. While these outages were always resolved in the expected time of resolution which was communicated, I would like to know how to escalate this repeated issue so that it does not occur in the first place. Thank you.
