Repeated Outage for OVER a Week

I’m experiencing recurring Xfinity cable and internet outages, and over the past week I’ve had both services working for only one day. The repeated interruptions are significantly affecting my ability to work from home and my personal life.

This does not appear to be isolated to my equipment. Several houses just a few doors away are also affected, while other houses on the same and adjacent streets still have service.

I have been unable to speak with a representative because the automated support system will not connect me to anyone while an outage is active.

I need this escalated beyond routine troubleshooting. Please review the repeated outage history, have the appropriate network maintenance team investigate the local infrastructure, provide a case number and a meaningful update on the underlying issue, and review my account for credits for the repeated service disruptions.

Please do not simply close this as a single temporary outage. I need help resolving the recurring reliability problem.

@191_nl191 When you're experiencing the recent interruptions to your service are you pulling up the Xfinity app and/or our support center to verify if there was area-wide service interruption affecting your area? Have you done any troubleshooting from your end? We strongly recommend checking out our internet troubleshooting tips post for additional information on tips and tricks for troubleshooting service issues.

Yes, I've trouble shooted - reset router MANY times. As originally posted, the condos next to me have outages when I look on the  map BUT not like 30 feet down the road nor at the cross streets. This is getting out of hand - it's been OVER a week of this.
