Repeated Notifications of Amber Alerts [Edited]

I’ve been trying for over an hour to get an issue resolved. The chat keeps insisting that it reset my TV, but it does not do it even though I have called back three times. I reset it myself using the app and still nothing happen. I need a live agent to help me with the issue. I’m having with repeated notifications of amber alerts. I am very angry and frustrated!!!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

A live customer support agent called me today while I was at work. I explained my issue in great detail. When I finished, she said she needed to transfer me to someone else who could help me. I told her that I was at work and did not have time to talk to someone else. She said if I did not talk to him now, he would not call me later. Then the other agent got on the phone and asked me to explain my issue again which I did. When I finished, he offered to call me back at 3 PM when I was off work. I agreed. It’s been almost an hour since 3 PM and I have not heard from anyone. Customer Service does not exist at Xfinity/Comcast.
