Repeated Breach of Payment Arrangement – Forced Payment & Service Disconnection (Edit Personal information)

Hi Xfinity Team,

My payment arrangements were repeatedly broken even after written confirmations from Sakshi, Seth, and Ammar. My service was disconnected several times, latest on Nov 5, 2025, despite an active arrangement to Nov 10.

I have screenshots and proof of all confirmations and payments.
