Repair my cable

Customer service is a joke.  Hurricane Milton damaged my cable & I have had no internet or TV since 10/10/24.  I have called numerous times to get repairs done & have been either disconnected or told to go online.  Since my phone doesn't always give access to the internet, that is very difficult.  Please get someone out here quickly to get this done.

I have paid for charges up to 10/10/24 but will not pay for services I'm not getting.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
