renewing Xfinity Internet plan

I am currently on a Xfinity Connect internet plan with a 12-month commitment which is due to expire soon (beginning of March) and I am exploring what promotions and deals are available and looking into my options.
I have looked online, after logging in to my Xfinity account, but your system and web site is a bit confusing... E.g., if I select the same plan that I am currently on, sometimes the price is the same I am currently paying but sometimes it is higher.
Can you please advise if the plan I am currently on, and will soon expire, can be renewed under the same terms?

Hello @user_0d6225! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

For those that may be in a similar situation - I did send a direct message to the customer service team as directed. They did not offer any other options, promotions or deals than I can find online myself. And, they could not explain why the prices online are sometimes different.
