Renewing my plan

My 1 year contract with the promotional discount is ending soon and I'd like to renew at the same rate or something close to it. Only internet... no TV bundles! When I try to manage my plan online, it asks me to call. I am wondering if there is a way to do this renewal online, thanks.

Before we get started, can you please click on the chat icon, in the top right hand corner of your screen? Once you click on that icon, you should be able to select "Xfinity Support", and you should then be able to send a message directly to me. Oh, no! So sorry that it's not popping up, @user_178677 ! You can reach us by dialing 1-800-Xfinity, but we would be more than happy to get this taken care of for you! What happens when you click on that icon? Is it providing you with any additional options?

@user_178677  After selecting the 'Chat' icon, you have to select the 'New Message' icon (pencil on paper) and then type 'Xfinity Support' in the 'To:' box.  A dropdown option should appear where you click on 'Xfinity Support'.

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/peer-to-peer-chat
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it
