Welcome to our Community Forum, @user_394023 and thank you for moving the post here so it gets more exposure, @EG! We are a team of billing experts so you've reached the perfect place to get help finding a new promotion :). I'll continue helping you via Direct Message.
Hello @user_70ae4d you are asking a great question! We don't have a way to retroactively change your billing for services already used after a promotion has expired. However, you can manage your plan and change your services to a new promotion at any time to help ensure future billing is not impacted by a potentially higher price! While signed in to your online account, you can utilize our Plan Builder to manage your services and sign up for a new promotion.
Our team can also assist with looking into new plans and promotions to help ensure you have the best price possible. To review offers and keep your information secure, please send our team a direct message with your full name and address so we can take a look into offers together!
To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it
I am an Official Xfinity Employee. Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership. We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation. Was your question answered? Please, mark a reply as the Accepted Answer.
Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM. Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.
You can't. Promotional discounts are designed to bring you into the service at a reduced price and then charge you full load when the promotion expires.
Now, if you cancel your service after the promotion expires and then return a few days later, you would then again be considered a new customer entitled to any promotions currently in effect.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
