Renewal

Worst experience ever they don’t offer new client pricing for old clients. I’m looking at switching to Google fiber when you call in you have to negotiate with the phone rep to try to get a decent price absolutely horrible experience. They advertise $50 a month for five years and I got [Edit: Language] for $50 a month for one year at slower speeds horrible company,

@user_ynj4s2 I am so sorry to hear you have not had a pleasant experience with updating your plan. All offers available to you, can be viewed by logging in to the Xfinity site with the primary user on the account. We do send out a customer approval for you to review and accept if you agree. Without your approval we are not able to make any changes. If you would like to revise your current plan just send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
