user_nl3y8y Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums for reviewing new offers available to you! We would be happy to see what options we currently have to save you some money after the current offer expires!

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I see those Xfinity offer from internet :

Xfinity Internet Promotions (April 2026)5-Year Price Guarantee: 300 Mbps ($45/mo), 500 Mbps ($55/mo),

1 Gig ($70/mo). Offers include unlimited data and equipment.
NOW Internet: Prepaid, all-in pricing ($30/mo for 100 Mbps, $45/mo for 300 Mbps) with taxes and fees included, no contracts.

Is one of the above I can get ?

user_nl3y8y Great question! However, each one of those promotions listed are introductory offers, and not available to existing customers. If you're looking for a lower priced option, and not concerned with speed you may want to consider NOW Internet pre-paid service.
