renew internet

How do I renew my internet. When I call Xfinity, they ask me to come using the assistant. When I go through the assistant, I am unable to renew. Can someone help.  I searched the forum and am not getting a correct answer.  Thank you.

I purchased my internet service on June 1, 2022. Its been a year. Will it fall into a "month to month" plan now? I  am trying to renew my account for another year. and there are no options.

When I go to  Internet/ or view account I get only one option - shop for offers. When i go there.. there is no "renewal" button

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
