Renew Contract with Live USA agent

My contract is expiring soon, need advice from a USA agent on what my options are. All I get are overseas agents who 1. don't know anything about my contract options and 2. who speak fluent English. How do I reach a USA rep? We've been customers for 20 years and have always been able to get advice on best options for our preferences. 

Xfinity has made it impossible to set up your own custom program option & compare pricing.

Really all we need is internet from Comcast, bc we don't use their TV options. But Comcast charges the same amount for 1000 stations as they do for providing internet. So it's a waste of money to just get internet.

I'm needing help renewing my contract as well. I don't see any information on when and how to renew.
