Renew 1-year contract

Hi,

For the first year of my Xfinity internet plan I was charged $35 a month. This was because I signed a 1-year contract that offered the plan at a discounted rate. After the first year, it was supposed to be $45 a month. However, I was charged $58 this month. From the screenshot below, it looks like I am being charged $58 instead of $45 because I do have a current 1-year contract. How can I sign a contract so I get the discounted rate?

Good evening, @user_db14e7. We would be happy to help with a new promotion. The total price in the screenshot is $14 more than the plan shown. Do you have a modem rental on there by chance? That is the same cost as a rental so wonder if that is added in the screenshot.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for the reply. No, we have our own modem.
