Rendering error on Xfinity rewards, unable to redeem anything

I've been trying all day to redeem Xfinity rewards I finally can see them but they're all gone except for the $10 for the wicker movie and when I hit redeem it says rendering error it's been saying rendering error all day long

user_dc4x4q Thank you for stopping in for help with your Xfinity Member Rewards. This is currently a known issue that is being worked on. In the meantime, a few customers have had luck using a workaround with these steps:

Open this link first: https://www.xfinity.com/membership#faq and then search for "Go to my redeemed benefits" and then click there. Then, it will show you all your previously redeemed benefits.

After that, click on the arrow to your left, "Back" on the website, and that will take you to your benefits.

If that does not work, you will have to wait for our team to correct the issue.
