Removing Storm Ready WiFi From Account

Hello,

I setup my new modem (XB8) yesterday, and since then, my storm ready WiFi has stopped working. It’s not broadcasting a signal and says “Needs Attention” with a red bubble next to it. I’ve done all the troubleshooting recommended and even talked with an Xfinity rep with no luck. I tried removing it thinking that I could then reconnect it, but it doesn’t remove from my account. I was wondering if there is something else I can do or try.
