Removing Service Drops.

I’m the homeowner in Garden City, Michigan. There is an old, unused cable service drop running from the utility pole to my house, along with an exterior cable service box and associated wiring.

I no longer use this service and would like to request permanent physical removal of the overhead service drop, including its attachment to my house.

Ideally, I’d also like the exterior service box and all abandoned wiring removed.

Can you arrange a technician visit, confirm which equipment your company will remove, and advise whether there are any charges?
