Removing old exterior Comcast box and cables

Hello. I would like to schedule an appointment for a technician to come and remove an unused Comcast exterior box and cables from my home. The lines are aerial and are not a safety hazard but the box is interfering with a construction project. We are not Comcast customers and never have been. These cables are from a previous homeowner, from over 18 years ago.

@user_ixb97a  thank you for taking the time to reach out prior to your upcoming construction project! Is the box attached to your home? Or is this a stand-alone box on your property?

May I ask for your details of the location with your name and address through direct message? This will help us open a ticket in our system even if you do not have Xfinity Services.
