Removing cables that are no longer being used.

We dropped cable TV.  We had it for a long time and have cables all around the house....inside and outside.

Are there instructions for removing the old cables?

Hi, there! Thank you for taking the time to reach out here on our Community Forum page. I can definitely understand the question to clean up the cables that are not in use. Are you still a Xfinity internet subscriber?

I have switched from Comcast to another provider so I  no longer have an xfinity account. I already requested a work order to remove old cable line from telephone pole to my house. I have not received a reply (a few weeks ago I sent the request). How can I get in touch with someone to come out and do this. I am not allowed/able to remove it myself.

@user_7b65c1 Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
