Removing and relocating cable line

In March 2026 Xfinity ran a cable in front of my yard for the neighbor without our permission.April we got a survey and was red flagged. We hired an attorney and opened a ticket.its been a while and they say there coming in 3 days to pin it and have it removed. We had no such luck. The cable is unsafe and only buried 4 inches and need it relocated

user_m1hszx We do apologize you’ve had to deal with this unresolved cable line issue since March, especially after obtaining a survey, hiring an attorney, and opening a ticket. I understand your concern that the line was placed across your property without permission, was red-flagged by the survey, and is buried only about four inches deep. Your report that the line is unsafe and needs to be removed or relocated should be treated seriously.

Because you’ve identified this as a safety concern, please keep people, pets, lawn equipment, and vehicles away from the affected area and do not attempt to move, cut, or dig around the line yourself. Have you been in contact with our local team at all to reach a resolution?

How easy they do this when not home and explaining I need removed , have my survey and I need a truck roll. Relocate to neighbor or charge rent for using property.
