Removed outdoor cable

I recently purchased this house and need to remove the outdoor Xfinity cable. The previous owner may have used your services, but I don’t have an Xfinity account for this address and cannot reach customer service without it. Could you please send a technician to remove the cable, or let me know the correct phone number to call?
