Remove/Cancel Xfinity Home Voice
I need assistance removing the Xfinity Home Voice from my service plan. I no longer need this but still want to keep by wifi.
I've tried removing it on the website, but it keeps popping up with a message that "I cannot remove it this way" despite being able to add it that way. I have also tried calling the customer service line, but I can't seem to get through/connect.
Any assistance would be appreicated.
