Remove wires/cables from houses and issue "no service" letter required for demo permit

Hi, my company has purchased several abutting lots with existing houses in a commercial zone for the purpose of a commercial redevelopment.   In order to demolish the houses the

city is asking us to submit "no service" letters for each house from Comcast.

We have called Comcast several times, which each call resulting in speaking with several different people, and each time we call we get a different response.   At this point Comcast is holding up our project.   Could you please let me know how we should proceed to get the service disconnected and to have Comcast issue "no service" letters?

Hello @user_ybaif3 While I personally am not familiar with the exact process to get the letters there are a few groups that deal with address serviceability and construction we can reach out to, to find out what needs to be done. To get started please send us a direct message with your full name and any service addresses you need letters for.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
