Remove Voice from plan

Hi!

I am looking to update my internet plan and would like to remove the Voice plan from my account. However, when I try to remove Voice, I get a message that I cannot. I know this was part of a promotional plan but that time frame is over. How do I remove Voice from my account?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
