sheri_dudra Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! Most of our new plans include unlimited data with no additional charge. Just to clarify, do you see a charge of $30.00 for unlimited data or $25.00 for our xFi Complete on your billing statement? Those charges we are able to remove as they are on our older plans and not built into the promotional rate.

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it
